The seasonal greenery is a Snowcap-owned first-season lease. You keep the permanent lighting system; the greenery remains Snowcap property. Next-season greenery renewal is optional and separately quoted. There is no automatic renewal or charge.

Do I keep the greenery?
No. The seasonal greenery is a Snowcap-owned first-season lease. You keep the permanent lighting system; the greenery remains Snowcap property.
Is next year included?
No. Next-season greenery renewal is optional and separately quoted. There is no automatic renewal or charge.
Will installation happen before Christmas?
The accepted proposal confirms your installation availability and dates. We confirm the schedule with you before approval.
Is every project eligible?
No. Eligibility and the included greenery scope are confirmed by site review. The published criteria and a review of your property determine whether the offer applies to your installation.
What if placement needs a lift?
The proposal identifies any additional scope and cost, such as lift access or extra wiring, before approval. Upper peaks, lifts, additional wiring, and expanded greenery are scoped and priced separately.
