The Snowcap Showcase Home Invitation
Be the home that lights up the neighborhood.
We're selecting one standout home in each designated neighborhood for a custom holiday lighting display, with a complimentary custom wreath and illuminated entry garland included.
Snowcap handles the design, installation, in-season service, removal, and storage.
Why is there only one Showcase Home per neighborhood?
We're inviting a small number of homeowners on visible neighborhood streets to request a custom design. The first homeowner to approve and pay the deposit on a qualifying full-home seasonal lighting installation of $1,500 or more reserves the Showcase offer.
If the spot is already claimed, you can still request a regular seasonal lighting proposal.

Questions about the showcase.
What does a typical display cost?
Most full-home seasonal displays run from $800 to $2,600, with the average project around $1,300. The complimentary wreath and garland are included with a qualifying full-home seasonal lighting installation of $1,500 or more, so smaller or partial-roof jobs may not qualify. Your exact price depends on your roofline, trees, and design. You'll see it in writing before you commit.
Do I own the lights and greenery?
No. The lights, wreath, and garland all stay Snowcap property. That's what lets us maintain them, take them down, and store them for you. You never deal with dead strands or a garage full of bins.
What does the complimentary wreath-and-garland package include?
A custom-fitted wreath and illuminated entry garland for your front entrance, sized and placed to complement your home.
What happens if a light goes out?
Text or call us and we'll schedule a fix. In-season service is part of the plan — you request it and we take care of it.
When will installation and removal happen?
Reserve by November 7. We install before Thanksgiving and take everything down after the holidays.
How do I reserve the featured home spot?
Submit a request so we can review your home's location, visibility, and access. A request doesn't reserve the offer. The first neighbor to approve and pay the deposit on a qualifying full-home seasonal lighting installation of $1,500 or more gets the showcase spot. One featured home per neighborhood.
